What is Network Marketing?
Every year, thousands of people leave
established, lucrative careers to pursue opportunities in the Network
Marketing business.
Network Marketing is simply a distribution business whereby you receive
income from your own sales and on sales by those you have introduced into
the business. You earn commissions from the sale of products and from
new distributors joining your business.
As the number of distributors in your business grows, you create leverage
(other people multiplying your efforts) just like any conventional business.
The difference between your business and a conventional business, however,
is that all your distributors ALSO have the opportunity to create leverage,
by recruiting distributors of their own.
Why Network Marketing?
Not only is Network Marketing one of the most enjoyable and rewarding
businesses to be in, it is also the fairest and most powerful business
solution available to anyone who wants to work from home and achieve financial
freedom.
With little or no experience, you can start with a small investment and,
although you are in business for yourself, you have the full support of
a massive organisation and the experience of your entire sponsorship line,
all of whom have a vested interest in your success.
Network Marketing is the only business whereby you can be successful whilst
helping others reach success... AND YOU CAN START PART-TIME, just 7 to
10 hours a week!
Life-Changing Residual Income
Probably the most exciting aspect of Network Marketing is the residual
income (also known as passive income) that can be created from an initial
effort by using leverage on the sale of consumable products.
Residual income is income that you receive, whether you work or not -
money that you earn month after month, year after year for an initial
effort.
As your business grows, your residual income has the potential to grow
exponentially into a true life-changing income!
Choosing a Network Marketing Opportunity
These are the main points you should consider when choosing a network
marketing company:
1. How stable is the company?
2. Are the products part of a huge, expanding market and are they unique?
3. How fair and generous is the compensation plan?
4. Integrity of the company - the experience and reputation of the management
5. Momentum and timing - where is the company at and is it growing?
6. Support, training and business systems
It's important to note that there are good and bad in
every business, traditional or otherwise. So you should take your time
and explore any network marketing opportunity you come across.
You will normally be introduced to a network marketing program through
an existing affiliate, via their website, classified ad, email or in person
etc. Be sure to ask them questions and don't make a decision (for or against)
until you've had them all answered.
If they're unable to answer any of your questions, they should be able
to come back to you or even offer to introduce you to someone more experienced
(their upline).
Don't take it as a weakness on their part if they are unable to answer
your questions - they may be new to the business themselves.
Network marketing is the only business that gives new startups this kind
of upline support. As the saying goes, "you're in business for yourself
but not by yourself".
